Hey WP good on you for getting motivated. I reckon exercise and being disciplined are the keys to weight loss. I'm working hard and getting there with the weight.Loving that I can fit some of my prepreg clothes now. Only another kilo or two and I should fit my skinny jeans... yay.
A question for those that have successfully lost weight, what is the secret to getting rid of the "mummy tummy" I'm losing weight nicely from all over but still have quite a pad of flab on my tummy which is not decreasing at the same pace. It definately wasnt like that before baby. There must be some specific exercise surely....I already do situps and have pretty good abs under neath the flab, it's just the bit on the top.
Edited to add myself - I started WW in January with some workmates to try and increase my chances of a successful pregnancy, now the idea of fitting my clothes from high school is very exciting.
From the previous page I wish my boobs will shrink a little bit more depending on the brand I am either a 12DD or 14D. I had a breast lipo Aug last year as I was very top heavy and was a 12E-14FF
Mintyfresh I didn't go under our health insurance as our medical only gives you something like $5,000 and the rest is out of pocket. I did a liposuction which is less invasive and the recovering time is a lot of quicker. They use a thin tube and remove the fat they couldn't take as much as I wanted to but managed to remove 350 mls on both sides which is better than nothing and nice to fit into D/DD bras. My goal weight at weight watchers is 68 kilos but hoping after I lose another 3-5 kilos they will be a little bit smaller And good thing is that fat can't grow back once it is removed .
EChic thanks although I have been stuck with my weight since Xmas.
For the lipo I paid around $9000 to get it done and surgery was well over 10K. Lipo was the best option for me as less time for recovering. I went to a surgeon up in Auckland and had DH with me we automatically chose him to do it as was thorough. Depending on how much fat/volume most women have a 1-3 cup size reduction sometimes more. I was a 12-14 E/F and going down to a D/DD has made a huge difference I now look smaller.
Echic it is so frustrating to be close and something happens I know we can't be perfect but still frustrating nonetheless.
