Help
Luke has just started waking at 5am wanting to get up and start the day!
used to sleep till 6am and that was fine we got up then, but since daylight savings he's been waking at 5am or 5.30am

He goes to bed at 7 or 7.30pm sleeps all night.
Still has a day sleep of yp to 2 or 2.5 hours really needs it, though.

So what to do??? Help! need sleep!

you could try putting him to be a bit later...or start teaching him that he has to stay in bed until an alarm goes off maybe?

If Rhiannon wakes up at 5am she just crawls into bed with me until 6am when Kent gets up

We have one of the monkey alarm clocks that when you set it at night his eyes close and when the alarm goes off in the morning his eyes open. The rule is that J doesn't come out of her room until Monkey opens his eyes. Works 9 times out of 10 and at 3 it would probably work well I would think. I got mine from Farmers. I quite often hear Jaymie stirring in her room up to an hour before Monkey opens his eyes but generally she will just chill in her bed until the alarm goes.
