Over the last 2 weeks DD has become very clingy. She wont go to DP, i have to do everything for her, she doesnt want DP to do it.

When its just us at home she is always with me, like now she is sitting with me on com. If i put her down she will scream and say 'up up up' or cry mum etc.

How long does this phase last? Its driving me mad

I wonder if this is what Campbell has just been through? He did much the same just before he turned 15 months old, and is now just getting over it.
I read somewhere that separation anxiety peaks at around 15 months old, then gets better. Maybe this anxiety is peaking for her now?

Kinda got the opposite here!  Brooke has just discovered confident walking (just about running).  And if I let her go, she's got something in her sights and she's off and totally ignores me.  I've really noticed her becoming very strong willed (sometimes stroppy!) over the last fortnight or so.

Good luck with the clingy phase - and I'm sure it's just a phase.
